1. Register: Create an account at www.globomais.com.br.
2. Initial Access: Access must first be made via a computer, not a smartphone or tablet.
3. Voucher Use: You can apply one or multiple vouchers in the Globo+ app. The validity periods of multiple vouchers are cumulative.
4. Voucher Details: The card cannot be exchanged for cash, is not rechargeable, and does not have a balance check feature.
5. Delivery: The voucher will be sent to your registered email within 7 working days. If you do not receive it in this time frame, contact the campaign’s call center. The voucher cannot be exchanged or canceled after viewing.
