Storyline:

In the year 2XXX, Toru Sumiki is diagnosed with a fatal illness, which leaves him grappling with his dwindling time. Encouraged by his doctor to embrace life fully, Toru takes on the role of a temporary manager at a hookah lounge, Hookah Haze. This decision leads him to meet three unique and colorful heroines, each with their own personal struggles and past traumas.

As Toru interacts with these patrons over soothing hookah sessions, he forms bonds and uncovers their deep-seated issues and desires. The lounge becomes a backdrop for healing, understanding, and personal growth, both for Toru and the heroines.
